For the Frances Brunelle Foundation, the goal was to create an environment that reflects the organization’s commitment to service while providing a functional and welcoming space for staff, leadership, and visitors. The redesign focused on blending professionalism with warmth, ensuring the space feels both inspiring and approachable for the people who use it every day.
OBJECTIVE
Our design concept revolved around modern elegance. We curated a palette of neutral tones with accents of deep blue and gold to add warmth and sophistication. Mood boards and digital renderings helped the client visualize the proposed design.

The project included the redesign of shared workspaces along with the Executive Director’s office, ensuring leadership has a space that supports focus, collaboration, and strategic conversations.
Approach:
Warm and Professional Aesthetic
A soft, neutral color palette was selected to create a calm and welcoming environment throughout the office. Layered textures and thoughtful styling elements add warmth while maintaining a clean, professional appearance appropriate for a nonprofit workspace.
Functional Workspaces
Furniture selections prioritized comfort, durability, and functionality. Work areas were arranged to support productivity and organization, allowing staff to work efficiently while maintaining a cohesive and polished look throughout the office.
Executive Director’s Office Design
The Executive Director’s office was designed to reflect leadership while remaining approachable and inviting. The space incorporates refined furnishings, intentional lighting, and curated décor to create a professional environment that supports meetings, focused work, and strategic planning.
Intentional Styling and Finishing Details
Artwork, decorative accents, and greenery were incorporated to soften the space and bring a sense of life and warmth to the environment. Each element was selected to enhance the overall design while maintaining a balance between professionalism and comfort.
